As a senior/expert PM, you will manage complex projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with Product Owners to align on strategy and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 7+ years of medium to large-scale project experience.
• 7–10 years of planning, resource and project management experience.
• Enterprise-level blended methodologies experience (preferred).
• Public sector health/human services experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and schedule for timely value delivery.
• Lead status meetings, report progress, and manage risks.
• Mentor teams and remove roadblocks across multiple projects.
• Support Product Owner in stakeholder management and governance.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure clear communication.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive delivery against contracts.
