Job summary

Holland & Knight is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from initiation through delivery in our Tampa, FL operations center. The role applies PMO practices to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met, while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.

You will coordinate vendors, deliver status updates, and maintain governance documentation, including charters and RAID logs, contributing to continuous improvement and successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/IT fields.
• 3–5 years of professional project management experience.
• Experience delivering medium complexity business/technology projects.
• PMO or governed delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion using PMO methodologies.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across business and technical teams to maintain delivery momentum.
• Manage vendor activities including RFPs and oversight of contracted deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and decisions clearly and proactively.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies; manage changes in scope or resources.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking per PMO standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and capture lessons learned.
