Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across cross-functional teams, creating execution plans, defining scope, securing resources, and managing budgets. You will coordinate production releases and rollouts, manage risks, and ensure delivery across applications, infrastructure, security and ITSM.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of related experience (or a high school diploma with 8–10 years) and a proven ability to coordinate agile teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6–8 years of related experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 8–10 years of related experience.
• Proven ability to lead large IT projects across cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating agile ceremonies and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Leads large projects or programs and develops detailed project plans outlining scope and timelines.
• Manages budgets, schedule, scope, risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Monitors performance and reports milestones, blockers, and status to stakeholders.
• Negotiates and executes Statements of Work (SOWs) with internal and external partners.
• Ensures deliverables meet quality, security, and SDLC standards.
• Coordinates agile product teams and facilitates cross-team collaboration.
