Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support the integration of a newly acquired brand into the Professional Products Division. This role will be responsible for developing, managing, and documenting project plans to ensure successful delivery within the agreed timeline, scope, budget, and technical requirements. This is a global, cross-functional initiative requiring close collaboration with US and international stakeholders across business and IT teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex systems implementation projects, coordinating multiple workstreams, tracking risks, and communicating project status to senior leadership.

Hybrid - New York, NY (Hudson Yards preferred) or Berkeley Heights, NJ

Work Schedule

3 days onsite per week

Pay Rate

$48-52 per hour

Contract Duration

9 months, with potential extension

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, scope, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Use ServiceNow to create and manage project timelines, demands, and tickets.
• Experience with other project management tools that integrate with ServiceNow is also valuable.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across operations, supply chain, finance, IT, data, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, retail systems, eCommerce, consumer data, and omnichannel sales.
• Partner with global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities, deliverables, and integration milestones.
• Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, resolve issues, and provide clear status updates to project teams and leadership.
• Support governance processes and approval checkpoints involving Global, Zone, and Local leadership.
• Prepare and contribute to presentations for senior leadership, summarizing the overall integration roadmap, project status, risks, budget, and key milestones.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to incorporate individual workstream strategies into the overall project roadmap.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout all phases of delivery.
• Prioritize online and omnichannel workstreams while ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and timelines.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, project coordination, or systems implementation.
• Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating multiple systems implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with ServiceNow, particularly project timeline creation and management, demand management, and ticket creation.
• Experience using project management tools that can integrate with or import data into ServiceNow is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business and IT functions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and support presentations for senior leadership.
• Proven ability to track risks, communicate project status, and work effectively with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with global projects, brand acquisitions, business integration, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with retail systems, eCommerce, consumer data, and omnichannel operations.
• Experience working with global, regional, and local governance structures.
• Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into clear project plans and executive-level updates.
