Job Summary

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management, documentation, and delivery of a new brand acquisition project within the Professional Products Division. This role involves overseeing the project plan, including timeline, scope, and budget requirements, and ensuring seamless integration across Global and US stakeholders from various functional areas such as operations, supply chain, finance, information technology, data, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, retail systems, and online channels. The project is global in nature and requires the candidate to work effectively with both highly technical and business-driven stakeholders, supporting presentations to senior leadership and ensuring alignment through the Governance process. The assignment duration is approximately 9 months, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, document, and deliver the project plan, inclusive of timeline, scope, and budget requirements for a new brand acquisition.
• Create and manage project timelines using ServiceNOW or another project management tool compatible with ServiceNOW.
• Work seamlessly between Global and US stakeholders from various functions, including operations, supply chain, finance, information technology, data, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, retail systems, and online channels.
• Support presentations to senior leadership by summarizing the overall plan for brand acquisition integration across all channels within the aligned timeline, budget, and technical scope.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
• Identify risks and report status clearly and effectively to team members and senior leadership.
• Prioritize online and omnichannel workstreams efficiently while keeping overall project objectives in mind.
• Support the manager and cross-functional stakeholders through the Governance process to ensure alignment between Global, Zone, and Local leadership approval checkpoints.
• Summarize the strategy to integrate specific technical or business workstreams into the overall project roadmap, working with corporate teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in creating and managing timelines in ServiceNOW, or another project management tool that can import into ServiceNOW.
• Experience and proficiency in working in ServiceNOW.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, TEAMS, and Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to participate in presentations to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated team leadership and project coordination skills, including project planning and systems implementations.
• Working experience in several systems implementation projects in a team leader or project manager role.
• Organized and focused on attention-to-detail for documenting all phases of project delivery.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

• Candidates who can commute to the NYC - Hudson Yards office are preferred.
• Candidates who can commute to Berkeley Heights, NJ are also being considered.
