Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects.
• Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and technical dependencies.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional technical teams and third‑party vendors within large enterprise environments.
• Experience managing RAID logs, project schedules, implementation plans, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience taking ownership of projects already in progress.
• Ability to understand technical concepts without performing hands‑on engineering work.
• Ability to manage dependencies, facilitate decisions, challenge assumptions, and collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, vendors, and leadership.
• Strong facilitation, meeting leadership, organizational, and follow‑through skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical discussions into business‑friendly communications.
• Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, Teams, Smartsheet, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise infrastructure projects from initiation through project closeout.
• Take ownership of active projects and ensure continuity of execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, RAID logs, action items, and status reports.
• Lead project meetings, working sessions, implementation planning, and status reviews.
• Coordinate engineers, architects, vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and change requests.
• Support infrastructure cutovers, migrations, refreshes, deployments, and modernization initiatives.
• Track deliverables, project owners, due dates, and completion status to ensure project commitments are achieved.
• Escalate project blockers and facilitate timely issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, implementation plans, and project closeout documentation.
• Facilitate decision‑making and ensure alignment among technical and business stakeholders.
• Prepare executive‑level project status reports, meeting notes, stakeholder communications, and project updates.
