The Washington State Office of the Attorney General in Tumwater, WA, seeks an IT Project Manager – Journey (non-permanent) for the Information Services Division. The role is permanent full-time with an expected duration through June 30, 2027, possibly extended.

Location is Tumwater, not union-represented. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, and budget; preparing SOWs and procurement documentation; and delivering status reports and closeout documents using waterfall, agile, or

Qualificações

• Eight (8) years of IT project management experience and knowledge of waterfall, agile, and hybrid methods.
• Experience developing deliverables such as charters, work plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Familiarity with organizational change management practices (e.g., Prosci) or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, plans, and monitors scope, schedule, and budget for IT projects.
• Develops Statements of Work and specifications for procurement needs and works with contracts as needed.
• Creates Project Status reports and communications.
• Conducts Lessons Learned and prepares project Closeout Reports.
