Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent; two years IT-related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of networking connectivity/infrastructure/telecommunications is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer support for software, hardware, and other deployments performed by ISD teams or project work.
• Support device deployments and customer requested device trades; image devices; migrate settings; install software; assist users with setup questions.
• Process customer requests assigned to the System Operations team.
• Perform software installation and manage software licenses as part of the installation process.
• Apply remediation solutions for endpoint issues; reimage if needed to resolve.
• Provide technical and customer support for conference room technology.
• Apply standard procedures, policies, and agency guidelines to tasks.
