Job summary

Washington State Office of the Attorney General is seeking an IT Support Technician 2 in the Information Services Division. The role supports AGO laptops, devices, and software across multiple locations in WA, with a 50,412–67,704 USD annual salary range.

Qualifications

• Two years of information technology-related experience required.
• Experience with Windows-based workstations and hardware preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot peripherals and basic networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Second point of contact for diagnostic and support services for agency standard applications and hardware.
• Perform routine IT support tasks including deploying laptops and peripherals and maintaining devices.
• Provide on-site support statewide and assist with post-deployment activities.
