Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical patient affordability experience or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery environments; client-facing software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between manufacturer clients and Paysign internal teams.
• Lead development of project agreements with scope, timeline, and roles.
• Build and maintain project plans with milestones and owners.
• Run team meetings and drive milestones to completion.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks; resolve blockers.
• Publish status reports for clients, vendors, and leadership.
