Job summary

Avalore, LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects for the War Data Platform. You will develop project plans, manage resources, track milestones, and mitigate risks while guiding Agile/SAFe practices across teams and stakeholders.

You will ensure on‑time delivery, maintain program artifacts, and support transition planning with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–3 years for Junior level; 4–7 years for Journeyman; 8+ years for Senior in IT project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee IT projects and workstreams for the War Data Platform.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and resource plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks; track milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile/SAFe ceremonies and maintain Agile artifacts.
• Communicate with stakeholders and leadership; resolve impediments and conflicts.
• Support transition planning and program initiatives; promote continuous improvement.
