Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mid to large-scale project management experience.
• Proven experience with PMI framework across SDLC variations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
• Financial aptitude to manage, monitor, and report project financials.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with business partners and internal teams.
• Preferred exposure to Agile delivery teams.

• Ability to produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Hybrid 4/1 in Charlotte, NC Our client seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a high-visibility variable compensation implementation while supporting several smaller initiatives. The role requires a confident communicator who can partner with business stakeholders, navigate complex dynamics by sticking to facts, and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with Agile delivery teams is preferred. Performio or compensation experience is not required.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60.00 to $65.00/hr. w2
