The role is a hybrid position based in Philadelphia, starting as a contract with the goal of converting to permanent employment. The contract rate is $60–$80 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing IT or technology-focused projects.
• Experience overseeing complex, cross-functional projects involving both technical and business teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certification is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
