Carlisle Companies is seeking an IT Technical Project Manager — Technology & Organizational Change to lead complex, cross‑functional IT initiatives, including SAP/ERP implementations and digital customer experience platforms. You will drive change, adoption, and continuous improvement across enterprise IT programs.

You’ll partner with Organizational Change Management and business leadership to ensure readiness, training, and stakeholder engagement, while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience with SAP/ERP transformations and digital customer experiences.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
• Experience delivering via Agile and Waterfall hybrid methods.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of IT projects using Carlisle IT PMO methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Define objectives, timelines, success criteria, and business outcomes.
• Develop plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and documentation per PMO standards.
• Coordinate with IT leadership, business stakeholders, consultants, and vendors.
• Apply COS and continuous improvement to improve outcomes.
