Job summary

The Continuous Improvement Project Manager I at Carlisle Companies advances the Carlisle Operating System (COS) by leading CI initiatives across value streams, departments, and facilities. You will drive Lean and Six Sigma projects, coach leaders and early-career CI professionals, and influence outcomes beyond your plant with cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage project scope, timelines, risks, and reporting, facilitate Kaizen events and VSM, and help develop strategic improvement

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 4+ years in a business/manufacturing setting; Master’s with 4+ years preferred.
• Strong Lean and Six Sigma knowledge with proven problem-solving and cross-functional impact.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events, process mapping, root cause analysis, and CI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and COS initiatives across manufacturing and business functions.
• Drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People metrics.
• Lead Kaizen events, VSM, 5S, visual management improvements, and standard work implementation.
