Job summary

Union Tank Car Company & Procor, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks an Organizational Change Leader to drive people-side change for our enterprise-wide ERP implementation and integration initiatives. Over the next three years, you will shape stakeholder alignment, readiness, and adoption across multiple sites, partnering with ERP, HR, IT, Finance, and operations to realize business-case benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development or equivalent.
10 years in organizational change management leading large-scale transformations, including ERP or enterprise platforms.
Experience with multi-site operations and centralization programs.
Mastery of core OCM methods (Prosci/ADKAR, stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communications, training, benefits realization).
Exceptional facilitation, executive influence, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP change workstream, establish governance, cadence with PMO and SI partner.
Map stakeholders, coach executives to model change, build sponsor roadmap.
Conduct readiness assessments; drive mitigation actions and readiness plans.
Develop communications plan, executive and field materials, and training enablement.
Stand up change network across functions to support testing and go-live adoption.
Define adoption KPIs and connect benefits realization to ERP business case.
