Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional IT project-management experience.
• 3+ years managing projects in hybrid Agile and Waterfall environments.
• 3+ years of strategic planning and roadmap development.
• 3+ years of project risk management.
• 3+ years of resource management and capacity planning.
• 3+ years of change-management experience.
• 3+ years of project budget planning and financial management.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-stakeholder technology initiatives.
• Strong governance, documentation, reporting, and executive communications.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Columbia, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects through the complete lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, closeout.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and delivery strategies.
• Manage projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies based on initiative needs.
• Partner with leaders, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align objectives.
• Develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps linking objectives to initiatives.
• Identify risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies; create mitigation plans.
• Maintain RAID logs; escalate risks and blockers as needed.
• Lead resource planning and allocation across teams and priorities.
• Monitor capacity and constraints affecting timelines or deliverables.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, and resource usage against plans.
• Lead change-management activities including communications and adoption readiness.
• Establish governance, reporting, and documentation standards.
• Prepare clear project status reports for executives and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, steering discussions, and decision forums.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and governance.
