Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced Project Manager Consultant to manage enterprise- and agency-level IT initiatives from inception through completion.

The role requires strong PM knowledge, excellent communication, budgeting experience, and the ability to lead and influence stakeholders in a dynamic technology environment. This is a contract, onsite position with in-person interview.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Business Management, Public Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and budgeting.
• PMI training or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise project manager for assigned projects.
• Manage projects using established project management methodologies from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate project activities, deliverables, schedules, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with project managers and other professionals supporting assigned projects.
• Track internal resources and project assignments.
• Maintain project schedules and monitor deliverables.
• Prepare regular project status updates and reports for management.
• Identify and communicate project issues, priorities, and progress.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed according to established schedules and objectives.
• Close projects in a timely and orderly manner.
• Document lessons learned and archive essential project documentation.
