Gilder Search Group is seeking a Project Lead to plan, organize and manage agency-wide initiatives. The role requires strong experience in both traditional and agile methods, with the ability to drive multiple projects to on-time delivery and aligned objectives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust risk, resource, and budget management, and will lead cross-functional teams through complex stakeholder environments in a fully onsite role in Columbia, SC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and PM experience managing large projects of moderate complexity and risk.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• 3+ years experience in Hybrid (Agile and Waterfall) Project Management.
• 3+ years experience in Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development.
• 3+ years experience in Risk Management.
• 3+ years experience in Resource Management.
• 3+ years experience in Change Management.
• 3+ years experience in Budget Planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage all project management activities for agency wide initiatives.
• Demonstrate project management expertise in both traditional and agile methodologies and influence project team compliance with industry best practices.
• Manage the overall planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects in parallel.
• Control scope and schedule to ensure project deliverables, milestones and required tasks are completed as planned.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Prepare project status reports and updates for stakeholders and sponsors.
• Develop and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to improve delivery outcomes.
