Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Project Lead in Columbia, SC for fully onsite W2 contract roles. You will oversee multiple technology initiatives through the full lifecycle, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, migration of legacy apps, and sunset activities.

A strong mix of Agile and Waterfall skills, stakeholder collaboration, and meticulous documentation is required.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
3+ years of experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
3+ years of experience in strategic planning and roadmap development.
3+ years of experience in risk management.
3+ years of experience in resource management.
3+ years of experience in change management.
3+ years of experience in budget planning.
Strong project planning, execution, scheduling, and delivery skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strong presentation, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and organized.
Customer-service-oriented approach and strong teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage project management activities for organization-wide initiatives.
Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
Establish and control project scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and required tasks.
Apply both traditional Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
Promote adherence to project management best practices and established methodologies.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Plan and facilitate project status meetings, review meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.
Work effectively with diverse groups of professionals across different organizational levels.
Develop, maintain, and manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare documentation supporting new services and project initiatives.
Identify potential project issues and risks proactively.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Facilitate problem resolution and ensure timely resolution of project issues.
Support continuous process improvement related to project delivery, methodologies, and processes.
Manage projects involving technology solution implementation, business continuity, contract administration, and related organizational initiatives.
Support technology acquisition, implementation, migration, archival, and sunset activities for legacy applications.
