Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• 3+ years in hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) project management.
• 3+ years in strategic planning & roadmap development.
• 3+ years in risk management.
• 3+ years in resource management.
• 3+ years in change management.
• 3+ years in budget planning.
• Preferred: financial principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage all project management activities for agency initiatives.
• Demonstrate project management expertise in traditional and agile methodologies and influence compliance with best practices.
• Manage overall planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects in parallel with scope and schedule control.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Prepare project status reports and updates for stakeholders and sponsors.
• Develop and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks; drive process improvements in delivery and methodology areas.
• Support initiatives such as Mortgage Servicing and Production technology, Compliance Monitoring, and Contract Administration.
