Consultant – 12-Month Hybrid Contract – Cayce, SC

CornerStone TTS is looking for an Enterprise Project Manager for a South Carolina state agency Project Management Office.

You will lead implementation of a new Project Management System as the legacy Project Web App (PWA) is decommissioned, provide portfolio oversight and Power BI dashboard reporting, deliver user training, and drive organizational change management across strategic technology and business projects.

This is a 12-month hybrid contract based in Cayce, SC (current South Carolina residents only; onsite presence about once a month to once a quarter with little notice), with extension possible.

Location and schedule

• Hybrid in Cayce, SC.
• Schedule: Day, 40 hours per week.
• Candidate must be a CURRENT SC resident; no relocation allowed.

Duration and start

• 12-month contract; projected start Mon Nov 2, 2026.
• Interviews: 2 rounds of virtual interviews.

Pay

Up to $93.75/hr.
