Job summary

IntegraONE in Allentown, PA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support collaboration, managed services, and technology implementation projects. You will assist with planning, coordination, tracking, and communication to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

The role works with project managers, engineers, sales teams, support personnel, and customers to keep tasks on schedule, maintain documentation, and promote proactive updates.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project coordination, service delivery, customer success, or a related IT environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing competing priorities.
• Experience with Cisco Collaboration, Webex, Contact Center, or Unified Communications technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, coordination, and execution of collaboration and managed services projects.
• Track project tasks, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain project schedules, status reports, documentation, and records.
• Coordinate internal resources to align with project timelines and objectives.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding activities and establish project expectations.
• Assist with project invoicing and billing activities.
