Job summary

IntegraONE is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support collaboration, managed services, and technology implementation projects. You will assist with planning, coordinating, tracking, and communicating project activities to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the lifecycle.

The role collaborates with project managers, engineers, sales, and support teams to meet milestones, maintain documentation, and ensure successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in project coordination or related IT service role.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of collaboration and managed services projects.
• Track tasks, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain schedules, status reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate resources across engineering, sales, and support teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding activities and customer readiness reviews.
• Assist with project invoicing and billing activities.
