Job summary

IntegraONE is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support collaboration, managed services, and technology implementation projects. You will help plan, coordinate, track, and communicate activities while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

The role partners with project managers, engineers, sales, and customers to keep tasks on schedule, maintain documentation, and drive successful outcomes from initial planning through go-live.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum of two years in project coordination or IT service delivery.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute collaboration and managed services projects.
• Track tasks, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Maintain schedules, reports, and project records.
• Coordinate internal resources across engineering, sales, and support.
• Provide proactive customer communication on status and risks.
• Support invoicing and project closeout activities.
