Job summary

The ELCA Foundation, based in Chicago, seeks a seasoned Systems Analyst to analyze business needs and drive software enhancements with internal teams and external vendors. This full-time, hybrid role requires coordinating with stakeholders and mentoring an IT team member.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, testing, data validation, and post-implementation support. Candidates should have 7+ years in IT and 5+ years in similar roles, with HubSpot and Workday experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience, 5+ years in systems analysis or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Workday.
• Experience coordinating third parties on software enhancement projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, process-mapping, and documentation skills.
• Full software implementation lifecycle experience including testing/UAT.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Translate needs into technical specs and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as liaison with third-party vendors and partners.
• Manage third-party relationships across the project lifecycle.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align requirements and drive initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor one IT team member, providing direction and feedback.
• Configure, test, and support HubSpot and Workday.
• Design and execute test plans (functional, integration, regression, UAT).
• Support data mapping, migration, and validation.
• Maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Recommend process improvements and provide post-implementation support.
• Other duties as assigned.
