Grand Pacific Resorts seeks an IT Program Manager to partner with business leaders, document end-to-end processes, and plan technology initiatives that optimize operations. You will drive disciplined execution across IT teams, facilitate discovery workshops, and translate business needs into actionable delivery plans, balancing speed and impact.

The role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and excellent communication, with a focus on hospitality and complex enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering IT projects or programs in business critical environments.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguity into structured plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, integrations, data platforms).
• Background in hospitality, consulting, operations, or business systems.
• PMP or similar certification (helpful but not required).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand end to end business processes.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to document current state workflows.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Create clear, consumable process documentation (current and future state).
• Lead planning sessions with business and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans.
• Coordinate work across internal teams and external vendors.
• Actively manage risks, issues, and tradeoffs.
• Communicate clearly with executive and operational stakeholders.
• Escalate issues early with proposed solutions.
