Job summary

Accommodations Plus International is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to drive technology transformation initiatives. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget, reporting to the Program Manager, Technology Transformation.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with IT, operations, and business units, while managing risks and ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
• PMP certification desired or actively working toward certification.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology implementation or IT services.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures for assigned technology projects.
• Manage day-to-day project activities including task tracking, milestone management, and issue resolution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating to the Program Manager as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units to ensure alignment on objectives and timelines.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and ensure follow-through.
• Provide regular project status updates to the Program Manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, status reports, meeting notes, and lessons learned.
• Adhere to project management standards, tools, and methodologies defined by the Program Manager.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes, templates, and best practices.
