M3 Technology Consultants, Inc. in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Procurement and Logistics Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of client and internal equipment, supplies, and technology resources.

You will develop vendor quotes, process orders, and coordinate shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery to customers. A focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in procurement, logistics, inventory management, or related field
• Experience in IT services, MSP, or technology-driven environment preferred
• Onsite, full-time role with potential travel
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, clients and internal teams
• Strong emphasis on accuracy and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement lifecycle for client and internal equipment, supplies and tech resources
• Develop vendor quotes and client-facing quotes using ConnectWise
• Process purchase requests and purchase orders with documentation accuracy
• Coordinate shipments via carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Track orders and shipments, resolve delays and discrepancies
• Maintain inventory records across ConnectWise and inventory systems
• Reconcile POs, invoices and received inventory
• Coordinate RMAs, returns, and vendor credits
• Communicate status updates to clients and stakeholders
• Identify process improvements to enhance service delivery
