Job summary

M3 Technology Consultants, headquartered in Fairfax, VA, is seeking a procurement/logistics professional to manage the end-to-end lifecycle for client and internal equipment, supplies, and technology resources.

You will develop vendor quotes, process orders, coordinate shipments, maintain inventory records, and collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using ConnectWise, HaloPSA, Autotask, or similar PSA platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for client and internal equipment, supplies, and technology resources.
  • Develop vendor quotes and prepare client-facing quotes using ConnectWise.
  • Process purchase requests and purchase orders while ensuring documentation accuracy.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments through carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and Uber.
  • Track orders and shipments, proactively resolving delays, discrepancies, damages, and losses.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation across ConnectWise and inventory management systems.
  • Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and received inventory to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate RMAs, replacements, returns, warranty claims, and vendor credits.
  • Communicate order, shipment, and inventory status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with office coordination activities and facility-related service requests.
  • Meet regularly with leadership to review procurement activities, logistics performance, customer concerns, and operational metrics.

Who are YOU?

You have 2–5+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management, supply chain operations, or a related field. Experience working in an IT services, MSP, or technology-driven environment is highly preferred. What does your day/week look like?
