Job summary

SkyChefs in Irving, TX, seeks an IT Procurement Coordinator to manage IT purchasing, vendor relations, and procurement processes across NAM operations. You’ll ensure timely delivery of hardware, software, and services while aligning with policy and inventory reporting.

You will liaise with employees, vendors, and IT leadership to resolve issues, support IT projects, and provide executive support for IT operations. Hybrid in-office Mon-Thu, remote on Fri.

Qualifications

• Related procurement, telecommunications and billing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT procurement purchases across North American locations.
• Act as second level approver for webshop purchases per policy.
• Manage NAM Procurement Portal workflows for ordering and approvals.
• Update indirect procurement catalog with vendor, product and cost data.
• Provide issue resolution support with vendors, users, and buy order teams.
