Job summary

SkyChefs in Irving, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 4–6 week temporary assignment. Hybrid work, primarily on-site at the Irving corporate office with remote Fridays. You will support sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination across 35 field locations.

The role requires 3+ years in recruiting, familiarity with SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or related experience.
• Experience reviewing resumes and screening candidates across multiple job families. Operations leadership roles strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting recruiting activities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruiting activities across multiple locations.
• Review applications and resumes against established hiring criteria and provide candidate recommendations to recruiters.
• Conduct initial candidate phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, work authorization, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with sourcing candidates through online job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
• Support the posting of open positions and monitor applicant flow to ensure timely candidate review.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition team members to prioritize requisition activity and candidate pipelines.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide status updates on candidate activity as requested.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
• Support recruiting projects and talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
• Stay informed of recruiting best practices and market trends.
