Job summary

Fairweather, a Doyon company, is seeking a Business Service Coordinator for the Alaska Data and Information Technology team. The role coordinates IT asset management, software and hardware licensing, and end-to-end procurement across Alaska, while supporting budget tracking and cost coding.

You will manage software and service invoicing in SAP, issue Service Entry Sheets, track renewals, and collaborate with the Contracts Team to ensure timely payments and accurate asset records throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States with I-9 verification.
• 3+ years in corporate IT and 3+ years procurement/supply chain experience.
• Experience in oil & gas environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead software/hardware/services procurement including quotes and PO requests.
• Monitor licensing models and optimize purchases.
• Maintain vendor relationships and support renewals.
• Track renewal dates and manage IT budget reporting.
