Fairweather, a Doyon company in Alaska, is seeking an Operations Support Technician to strengthen warehouse operations and inventory control across the state. You will manage inventory, fulfill orders, and assist with fleet vehicle movement while balancing priorities to maintain product flow.

Candidates should have 3+ years in warehouse/logistics, basic mechanical aptitude, and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. A safety-conscious mindset and teamwork are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or maintenance support.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with inventory tracking.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: receive, label, store, monitor stock levels, coordinate reorders.
• Expediting & Logistics: prepare/pack shipments, manage documentation, load/unload, transport vehicles.
• Mechanical & Warehouse Support: basic troubleshooting, support safety culture, ensure policy compliance.
