Job summary

Fairweather, a Doyon company, is seeking a Business Service Coordinator to support the Alaska Data & Information Technology team by managing IT procurement, licenses, and service sourcing across regional locations. The role ensures proper licensing, vendor coordination, and timely invoicing in SAP, while aligning with budget targets.

You will drive asset lifecycle activities, service entries, and risk assessments prior to entering software or service agreements, coordinating with the Contracts

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States with employment eligibility verified (I-9).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Procure software, hardware and services; manage quotes, POs and receipts.
• Monitor licensing, vendor relationships and contract renewals.
• Coordinate IT budget planning and reconcile invoices in SAP; report spend vs budget.
• Track IT assets across Alaska locations and maintain ServiceNow records.
• Collaborate with Contracts Team on scopes of work and pricing; support warranty claims.
