Job summary

Fairweather, a trusted Alaska service provider, seeks a Business Service Coordinator within its Data and Information Technology team. You will manage IT procurement, licensing, and invoicing across Alaska locations, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

You will partner with the DIT Manager on budget tracking, cost coding, and reporting; maintain ServiceNow asset records and support hardware/software lifecycle, vendor relations, and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3+ years of procurement or IT-related experience is preferred.
• IAITAM Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT software/hardware procurement and licensing processes.
• Coordinate budget preparation and cost coding with IT leadership.
• Maintain ServiceNow asset records and reconcile inventory.
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Support vendor negotiations and contract renewals.
