Oregon Health & Science University seeks an IT Portfolio Manager for Construction & Infrastructure to lead portfolio governance, coordinate ITG projects, and drive performance reporting. You will oversee scarce resources, align with facilities and IT teams, and partner with senior leadership for strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT with 6 years IT experience or equivalent experience in a complex IT environment.
• 4+ years paid work as a Project Leader managing related projects.
• 4+ years progressively responsible management duties.
• Experience managing large, complex IT projects with senior leadership interaction.
• Experience leading ITG-design, construction, infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop ITG portfolio team through coaching and performance management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align technology requirements with project planning and delivery.
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance, track budget, schedule, resources and benefits realization.
• Support portfolio reporting and ensure alignment with organizational strategy and capital objectives.
