Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a qualified professional to support the Department of Transportation IT portfolio, CPIC, and investment management processes from our Washington, DC area office. Responsibilities include budget formulation and execution support, policy research, and data validation to drive informed IT decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3–5 years of experience in financial management or IT budgeting.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
Experience working in a matrixed team and responding to client needs.

Responsibilities

Provide a broad range of technical services in support of DOT’s IT portfolio, CPIC and investment management processes.
Support IT budget formulation and IT data validation.
Conduct research on government-wide and DOT IT policy; validate IT budget data.
Track progress on workflows and develop meeting minutes.
Prepare dashboards and reporting materials for IT spend plans and procurements.
Respond to external (OMB) and internal (leadership) data calls.
Maintain repository status reporting and documentation.
