Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking an IT Strategy and Planning Associate to support the Digital Division with communications, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. You will gather information, prepare reports, and provide materials aligned with business priorities.

You will work on executive presentations, workforce metrics, and organizational programs, helping drive strategy and operational excellence across the company.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in business operations, communications, organizational reporting, project coordination, or related function.
• Experience preparing presentations, communications, reports, dashboards, or meeting materials for leadership audiences.
• Experience coordinating activities and deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for data review.
• Organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently within procedures and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive presentations, leadership meeting materials, town hall content, and announcements.
• Maintain headcount reports, org charts, workforce metrics, attrition data, and related records; prepare recurring reports.
• Coordinate logistics and materials for town halls, leadership meetings, strategy sessions, offsites, and events; prep agendas and follow up on actions.
• Maintain divisional scorecards, KPIs, dashboards, and strategic objectives; collect updates and track progress.
• Coordinate employee communications, recognition programs, onboarding activities, and engagement initiatives.
• Support training communications, learning activities, leadership programs, and development initiatives; maintain calendars and participation records.
