Job summary

Evoke is seeking an IT (CPIC) Project Manager to join our Reston team. You will lead a diverse group across project lifecycles, ensuring objectives and performance standards are met while advising senior leaders on IT investment management.

The role requires strong knowledge of federal IT governance, EPLC, and procurement processes, with a PMP certification and ability to manage complex dashboards and reporting for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Ten years of federal IT project management or IT investment management experience.
• PMI PMP certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Hands-on with HHS EPLC framework and stage-gate reviews.
• Experience supporting a federal IT Governance Council or IRB.
• Ability to produce executive-level reports and charters.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct and subcontract personnel to meet contract objectives.
• Advise senior leaders on IT investment management policies and best practices.
• Support planning discussions for the agency IT portfolio in line with policy objectives.
• Monitor costs, schedule, and performance, identifying variances and corrective actions.
• Conduct EPLC consultations and define documentation needs for lifecycle stages.
• Ensure compliance with HHS EPLC policies across projects.
• Serve as secretariat for Governance Council and manage meeting materials.
• Maintain and review the agency IT governance charter.
• Validate data in enterprise systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate data collection, reporting, and status tracking for investments.
• Respond to data calls from OMB, HHS, GAO, and others with portfolio updates.
• Develop dashboards and status reports for leadership visibility.
• Create SOPs for CPIC, EPLC, IT governance, and portfolio management.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Produce guidance materials and training on IT investment management.
