Job summary

SD Solutions, LLC in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Program Management Analyst to support the ICE SEVP IT PMO with project coordination, reporting, analytics, and process improvements.

You will track milestones, prepare dashboards and briefings, and assist with Agile user stories, training materials, and requirements. Onsite with potential hybrid arrangements, you will collaborate with federal and contractor stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in Agile requirements writing and/or project management.
• Extensive experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, data review, and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track work assignments, milestones, project status, and deliverables.
• Prepare program reports, briefings, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support system, training, and help-text requirements and Agile user stories.
• Use SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Perform statistical analysis and data reviews to inform decisions.
• Recommend improvements to IT project management processes.
• Support project risk identification, tracking, and mitigation.
• Work independently with federal and contractor stakeholders.
