C1 is seeking an experienced Manager, IT PMO to lead a high-performing team delivering complex technology programs across the enterprise. You will partner with IT and business leaders to align investments with strategic objectives and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include governance, budgeting, and portfolio optimization while fostering professional development and continuous improvement within the team. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, PMO leadership, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, governance, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Portfolio and Project Managers and ensures delivery across portfolios.
• Establishes governance, reporting, and performance metrics for portfolio health and execution.
• Manages annual budgeting, forecasts, and vendor spend in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Drives continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications at the executive level.
• Oversees cross-portfolio prioritization and resource planning to meet enterprise goals.
