NATIONAL RETAIL TRANSPORTATION, a leading logistics provider, is seeking an IT PMO Manager to establish and mature the PMO. You will own the IT project portfolio, guiding intake, prioritization, delivery, and benefits realization across IT, infrastructure, security, and operations.

Responsibilities include leading a team of project managers and business analysts, enforcing PMO standards, managing budgets and KPIs, and aligning roadmaps with business strategy. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Formación

• 7–10+ years of IT project/program management experience, including 3+ years leading a PMO or a team of project managers.
• Hands-on experience with PPM tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project/Planner, Jira/Confluence, or ServiceNow SPM.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK, Agile/Scrum, Hybrid) across the full project lifecycle.
• Proven track record managing portfolios, budgets, resource capacity, and executive-level status reporting.
• Experience delivering enterprise system implementations (ERP, WMS, TMS, or similar) and integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable for IT project portfolio and PMO standards.
• Oversee delivery of concurrent IT initiatives (ERP, WMS, TMS, integrations) and tailor approaches (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Administer and optimize the PMO toolset; improve reporting and productivity with automation.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control across the portfolio; escalate blockers.
• Partner with technology and business leaders to align roadmaps with priorities and maximize value.
