Job summary

CTS-Complete Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (PMO) III to lead cross-functional projects from initiation to close.

You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications in a matrixed environment, guiding multiple teams including system integrators and cybersecurity counterparts. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience delivering ERP, software release, and security projects, and holds a PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years managing multiple software/hardware and ERP projects.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, software releases and/or security projects.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cybersecurity management to uphold project scope and objectives.
• Use project management best practices to guide projects with stakeholders and business units.
• Deliver projects on budget with desired outcomes.
• Forecast project financials and communicate variances to sponsors and management.
• Articulate problems and bring the right people together to resolve issues with urgency.
• Conduct weekly status reviews and prepare status reports and PowerPoint updates.
• Maintain project governance with regular status meetings and reviews.
• Screen projects for risks, issues, actions, decisions, and financial viability; implement solutions.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors and ensure vendor PMs align to SOW, invoicing, and timelines.
• Work with Finance to validate financial reporting and manage budget, forecast, accruals, and reclassifications.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules to track progress.
