Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Project/PMO Manager to coordinate enterprise project delivery, align stakeholders, and ensure adherence to PMO standards. You will manage cross-functional teams, track budgets and risks, and support lifecycle activities from initiation to delivery.

The role requires 4–6 years in project management, familiarity with ERP implementations, and strong communication across IT and business teams. Experience with regulated industries is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence and other PM tools.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or another ERP platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to PMO standards and document templates.
• Coordinate project plans, scope, budgets, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate status meetings and update stakeholders on progress.
