Ahold Delhaize USA invites a motivated student to join the Office of the CIO as a 6-month IT Co-op in a hybrid work environment. You will contribute to portfolio management, document process feedback for waterfall and Agile methods, and help create training materials and videos.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in BS/BA, MS, or PhD program in a related field.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to change.
• Excellent presentation skills and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support CIO Office on process improvement initiatives and portfolio management.
• Document feedback on waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Update and create training materials and videos as required.
• Prepare status reports and manage dependencies.
