Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an IT Plant Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support in a manufacturing setting. You will assist both production and office users, ensuring critical systems stay operational and users receive timely help.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically strong, and comfortable working independently in office and production spaces. This contract role is based in Richland Center, WI.

Qualifications

Overview

We are seeking an IT Plant Support Analyst to provide hands‑on technical support in a manufacturing environment. This role will support both plant operations and office users, ensuring critical technology systems remain operational and employees receive timely technical assistance.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, technically strong, and comfortable working independently in both office and production environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide deskside and remote technical support for end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, and network-related issues
  • Perform break/fix support for computers, phones, printers, and connected devices
  • Manage support tickets, walk-up requests, and issue escalation as needed
  • Support meeting and conference room technology, including video conferencing systems
  • Assist with device imaging, deployment, and provisioning processes
  • Support mobile device management initiatives
  • Perform inventory tracking and asset management
  • Conduct periodic audits of IT equipment and technology assets
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and technical services
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and support procedures
  • Participate in testing and implementation of new technologies

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Richland Center, WI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
