Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with IT experience.
• 10 years' experience in applications development, analysis or systems engineering with senior responsibilities.
• Leadership in business operations, infrastructure or risk & compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and manages an IT Delivery function across Infrastructure Engineering and Technology Operations.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate operational initiatives, reporting, and special projects.
• Lead governance, risk management, remediation coordination, and executive communications.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT operational processes and metrics.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing IT Delivery team and manage vendor relationships.
