• IT Strategy: collaborate with senior leadership to align IT with business goals.
• Project and Product Management Oversight: drive schedules, releases, and results.
• Managerial Functions: lead staff performance, training and evaluation.
• Technical Leadership: ensure security, change controls, and vendor management.
