Fidelity Wealth Technology Planning, Operations and Enablement is seeking an IT Project Manager to partner with engineering, product, and program leaders to drive modern, iterative delivery and successful outcomes.

The role requires planning, dependency and risk management across multiple projects, with clear communication and data-driven oversight to ensure timely releases and governance. Onsite, collaborative culture and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of overall work experience and 3 years’ experience working directly to plan and drive technology delivery outcomes, within a team or across multiple teams.
• Relevant proven experience and training/certification in delivery frameworks and methodologies (project management, iterative delivery, etc.)
• Excellent facilitation, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignment
• Strong experience with delivery metrics, forecasting, and capacity planning
• Familiarity with scaled delivery practices and enterprise governance
• PMP Certification a plus but not required

Responsabilidades

• Planning and Coordination: Align scope, objectives and roadmaps with strategy; manage multiple projects and dependencies.
• Execution and Delivery Management: Lead planning and execution events; track delivery health and risk.
• Continuous Improvement and Predictability: Improve delivery processes using data insights to enhance predictability.
• Technology and Quality Oversight: Manage quality standards, technical debt, incidents, and releases.
• Team Leadership and Culture: Foster ownership and accountability; support training and continuous learning.
